For agencies and partners
Propose the plan where the client can see it.
Stop sending decks that go stale the day they land. In Kleardata, an agency's proposal is a draft plan in the client's own workspace, built on the client's strategy, taxonomy and rules. The client reviews it, accepts or declines it, and everyone is looking at the same thing.

-
Propose
Your client invites you with a link. Through your assistant or the API, draft a proposal in their workspace, on their strategy, taxonomy and rules. You can create and edit your own proposals, never publish, and never see another partner's work.
-
Review
The client reviews the proposal on the campaign map, next to their strategy and the rest of the plan, then accepts it or declines it with a note.
-
Revise
After feedback, ask your assistant to revise it. Kleardata copies it into a new open proposal that supersedes the first, so the history stays and the client sees only the latest.
-
Fill the creative slots
Each touch has asset slots seeded by channel and format: video, primary text and headline for a Meta ad, or subject line, preheader and body for an email. Add copy, a link to Figma or Drive, or a small thumbnail, and the client sees the ad in the plan.
-
Scoped to your work
A partner's access is a role plus a scope, and partner affiliation caps the role. Published work is visible to you only when it is attributed to you. Anything outside your view simply is not there.
-
Free seats, on every plan
Agency seats are free on every tier, up to 10 per agency and 25 per workspace. Agencies bring their clients, clients invite their agencies, and nobody pays for the other side to take part.
