- What do I need to try it?
- A browser. Your AI assistant and your data team are optional: you can plan, check coverage and publish in the app on its own.
- What happens after the first 30 days?
- A new workspace has Team's capabilities for 30 days, except SSO and the audit log. After that it is Free unless you subscribe. A later workspace for the same owner email gets 7 days.
- Do I lose my data if I downgrade or cancel?
- No. Download works on every plan, forever. Exports you have already set up freeze at their last run and stay readable. People beyond the new limit keep access; nobody new can be added.
- Do agencies pay?
- No. Partner seats are free on every plan: up to 10 per agency and 25 per workspace. See for agencies.
- Which plan do I need?
- Starter is one planner, two colleagues and your data team's API key. Team is for more than three people, or when you need access scoped by agency, market or business unit, groups, or your own field rules. Multi-brand adds separate strategies per brand, SSO and the audit log.
- Can I pay annually?
- Annual billing is available on every paid plan and is two months free. Payment is by credit card through Stripe, with receipts from Stripe, and you manage your plan under Settings, then Billing, in the app.
- Do you connect to our ad accounts or warehouse?
- No, and that is deliberate. Kleardata produces setup specs and bulk files, and your warehouse stays yours. See the setup handoff.
